1. Agreement

By accessing or using BayDesk, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service description

BayDesk provides job tracking, customer management, invoicing, and related tools for independent repair shops. Features may change as the product evolves.

3. Accounts and trials

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Free trials are offered for a limited time and may convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends.

4. Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed according to the plan shown at signup. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the current billing period.

5. Acceptable use

You may not misuse BayDesk, attempt to access other users' data, interfere with the service, or use the platform for unlawful purposes.

6. Your data

You retain ownership of the business data you enter into BayDesk. We process that data only to operate and improve the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimer and liability

BayDesk is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, BayDesk is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
